MAY HIGHLIGHTS
Things I loved and enjoyed in May.
How was May? I guess full of colours, love, changing weather and full of celebrations. Well for sure it was all about enjoying small moments, inward reflections, deep conversations and reclaiming pleasure. Definitely grateful for all the ups and downs and all the highlights and memories that will stay. I feel that it also brought many new flavors and explorations when it comes to food. Many flowers and new seasonal exciting produce at the farmers market. May was about having full permission to enjoy anything I wanted! And to choose myself.
So here is my little lists of things that brought me joy that I just loved so much!
New haircut + styling my hair - first things first haha. I had a spontaneous feeling and to days later I was at hairdresser. Needed some fresh energy and lightness so much. aAnd since then I have been loving styling my hair, doing curls and waves and just feeling more feminine and empowered through that.
Celebrating others + organizing some epic surprises - there is nothing quite like seeing happy face of the people you love and surprising them for their birthday, other occasions and just like that. I love planning and organizing these and that brought me so much joy in May as there were few people that deserved to be celebrated and they did!
Enjoying flowers - getting myself flowers and receiving flowers - it’s been such a joy and a little ritual of mine getting myself some tulips or now peonies each week at the farmers market. And it was even more joyful to receive lovely flowers from some important men in my life :)
Seeing Devils Wears Prada 2 - absolutely loved it (period).
Exploring Kabbalah - I have known about David Ghiyam and Kabbalah for quite some time but getting a flu that past month made me listen to a podcast with him that spiraled to a few hour long study and deep dive, listening and exploring Kabbalah teaching. And wow, it' is so potent and I feel changed already. Check out his podcast :)
Wearing bandanas - an absolute highlight! I am a bit obsessed in the spring summer season since last year and it has been adding a punch of colour to every outfit of mine that past month.
Getting new glasses - went for correction left with the new frame. Sound familiar (haha)? Waiting to pick them up fully done but can’t wait for that new identity, boost of self confidence and some glam!
Enjoying little moments - this month I have been loving and being do grateful for little thing like eating outside, sun on my face, playing darts, watching love is blind haha, having slow weekend and seeing everything blossoming around. There is magic in these little things! Get inspired!
Submitting the final assessment - yaaay! That’s a big one! In May I had the last coaching sessions for my final submission to become a Menstrual Cycle Coach and that was a bliss. What a journey! Heart so full, can’t wait to coach more women and guide them towards deeper connection with their cycles and bodies! That’s my purpose! Curious to hear more? Message me!
Branding work - I have been enjoying working on some branding for few different brands and coming up with branding ideas for some projects that have been sitting in my drawer for years. It’s been an absolute joy turning some brand concepts and ideas into visuals and playing with aesthetics.
Eating delicious things - from making first crumble of the year and exploring the best Basque cheesecake in French pastry, to getting obsessed with making toasts, mastering burgers, being back at making my favourite waffles and falling in love with salami. Oh and oven baked potatoes as well as spring toasts are on the list too! + there is definitely more ;)
I feel like that month was a bit about elevating myself and reclaiming pleasure. Excited to see what June brings! Have a beautiful one!
Best,
Mags

Sounds like it was a lovely month for you. I don't know what your hair looked like before, but it certainly looks really great now! Having a fresh look is such a good feeling. Hmm, maybe I am due for one, lol...
Congrats on finishing/submitting your final assessment. How exciting! I am also totally feeling bandanas for a summer look!! I'm also excited to see what June brings.
